About the Center

A note from the Executive Director

Discovery Wellness Center is one of very few dedicated centers for children and families in the state which accepts most insurances and has a wide range of clinical expertise in our providers. My goals for Discovery Center have always, for me, been about finding or unlocking that inner potentiality, the awareness of the path that leads to better adjustment and, dare I say it, happiness. While there’s no instant fix for any problem or issue, the real solution and resolution comes from a good therapeutic relationship with a skilled and caring provider. I often say that even as we grow, we feel like family here, and I hope our family can work with yours soon to help you find the harmony that you deserve.

The services provided at The Wellness Center include; substance abuse intervention and treatment, bereavement and illnesses, in school behavioral observations and developmental techniques, A.D.D., A.D.H.D. assessment and additional therapies are available as well.

Just like our sister program, Discovery Psychotherapy Center, hours of operation are flexible to accommodate the needs of our population; evening and day sessions are easily accessible.
