Christine Ha, MA, LAC, NCC
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness care approaches. I aim to provide clients with a compassionate, safe space in which they can express themselves and feel heard. I employ a collaborative, empathic, and non-judgmental approach to help each client reach their healing potential. I view my work as a therapist as a labor of love. I am passionate about putting my energy and experience to work in helping others become their best selves.
I graduated with honors from the Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s program at Kean University. I am a member of Chi Sigma Iota (National Honors Society for Counselors) and am a board-certified Licensed Associate Counselor and a member of the American Counseling Association.
My clinical experience includes work in a college setting, a community health organization, an intensive inpatient hospital, and a home for the elderly. I am the proud mom of three children, now teenagers and young adults. I love to cook, share meals with loved ones, walk, garden and connect with friends.
