Hey you! I’m really glad you’re here. Finding the right therapist can feel intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. I aim to create a space where you can feel comfortable, supported, and truly understood.

My interest in counseling grew from a mix of being the friend people confide in and wanting to understand my own family patterns, relationships, and the why behind people’s behaviors.

My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and focused on helping you understand yourself better so you can feel more in control of your thoughts, emotions, and choices. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, and trauma, as well as those feeling stuck in patterns they want to change. I draw from multiple perspectives, some including CBT and DBT, using techniques like challenging negative thoughts, mindfulness, emotional regulation, while exploring life experiences and patterns to help you understand the why behind your feelings and behaviors.

I believe therapy should fit the person, not the other way around. Every client’s needs are different, and my goal is to adapt my approach to what works best for you. I’m honest about what I can offer and will always collaborate on what support might be most helpful, whether that’s within our work together or through additional resources.

My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling more confident, grounded, and capable of handling life’s ups and downs. Whether you need someone calm to listen or a gentle push toward growth, I’ll meet you where you are and adapt to what you need.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me cooking up a storm in the kitchen, checking out restaurants or live music, traveling when I can, or hanging out with my pets, friends, and family.
