Keilani Noble MS, LAC, NCC
Hi there! My name is Keilani Noble and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of NJ. I am here to help individuals of all backgrounds to navigate the world around them and the world within themselves to achieve holistic wellness and a true sense of self. I help these individuals to do this through an integrative approach which pulls from theories such as person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths based therapy, etc.
I completed my graduate program at the University of Scranton where I graduated with my Rehabilitation Counseling degree. I was then soon able to obtain my associate counseling license. This degree and license has aided in my diverse clinical experience. This experience includes having worked in a university setting with students that were struggling academically and mentally. I was also able to work with adults with disabilities in a rehabilitation setting, looking to improve on their work and social skills while learning how to properly regulate their emotions and mental health.
I hope to bring a collaborative therapeutic experience to Discovery where I can create a warm and safe environment to help individuals to express their thoughts and feelings, learn effective coping skills, find solutions and to live an authentic life. I hope for everyone to understand that taking a step to seek help and therapy shows that one is willing to show up for themselves and to be vulnerable. Let us also seek to understand that vulnerability is not a sign of weakness, but instead a sign of strength and courage.
“Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity. It is the source of hope, empathy, accountability, and authenticity. If we want greater clarity in our purpose or deeper and more meaningful spiritual lives, vulnerability is the path.”
